The "Sunflower Circus" is headed to Toyokawa, a popular and officially sanctioned performance venue. The troupe members were full of anticipation for a big turnout, but upon arrival, they discover that their scheduled spot had been hijacked by "Shiny Lavender"—a troupe under the umbrella of the Sumeragi Group! If Sunflower Circus can't perform, the perpetually cash-strapped troupe will go under. To avert this crisis and save the troupe, they set off for an alternative venue suggested by Ouka—but where will it be?
