ParkingNeueHouse Hollywood is located at 6121 Sunset Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90028.
The campus parking structure is located directly behind our building and can be entered via El Centro or Gower. Parking signs will say ‘Columbia Square Parking’ and ‘Paramount’.
It is $25 for all-day self-parking. Please note that ins-and-outs of the parking structure are not permitted.
Elevators to Courtyard: While in the garage, look for signs that read ‘Plaza Elevators’ and press ‘P1’. Exit left out of the elevator and walk through the courtyard towards Sunset Blvd. Our building will be on the right hand side, and our front doors are located under “NeueHouse” signage awning. -
Check-InCheck-in will be located in the plaza to the right of the main entrance of NeueHouse Hollywood. Please follow signs for INDUSTRY/PRESS/GUESTS and GENERAL ATTENDEES accordingly.
Be sure to bring a photo identification
Each invitee must check-in with a valid form of photo identification and obtain their own wristband.
If 21 years or older, please be sure to receive a yellow 21+ wristband in order to be able to order alcoholic beverages. -
MerchandiseMerchandise will be located in the foyer of the main entrance of NeueHouse Hollywood.
Merchandise will only be available for purchase between the following times:
- Pre-Show: 8am - 11am PST
- After the event
You must complete check-in and have an event wristband prior to being able to make any merchandise purchases.
All transactions will be cashless only.
Please note there will be a purchase limit depending for select items.

CosplayCosplay is welcome at this event! Please refer to the official event policies on the event website for details.

Security/Bag PolicyBags, backpacks, beach bags, large purses, etc. are not permitted. Only adult diaper bags, clear plastic bags smaller than 12”X12”X6”, and non-clear wristlets/clutches no larger than 5”x8”x2” are permitted. Rolling bags of any size are not permitted on the show floor, including luggage. All bags are subject to search, and attendees will be subject to metal detection screening upon entry. You are encouraged to leave bags at home/hotel as there will be no bag check available.

Food & BeverageAll general attendees will be provided with (1) one drink ticket upon check-in that may be redeemed for (1) one non-alcoholic beverage.
Replacement drink tickets will not be provided if misplaced, stolen or destroyed under any circumstances.
Food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic refreshments will be available for purchase at select times during the event. All transactions will be cashless only.
Please note that no outside food or drink will be permitted (unless with prior approval). -
FAQAre ins-and-outs allowed?
- Yes! You are allowed to leave and re-enter the event premises as long as you still have your wristband.
However, please note that ins-and-outs are not permitted in the parking structure - if you leave the parking structure, you will have to pay for parking again. Additionally, please remember that no outside food and/or beverages will be permitted inside the venue.
Can I take photos during the autograph session?
- While we greatly appreciate your support of our guests, photos of or with the guests are not permitted.
What items can I have signed during the autograph session?
- We will be providing all material for the autograph session. No personal items will be allowed.
